The floor plan of this workplace design embodies a minimalist approach that balances luxury with warmth and inclusivity. Structured, rectilinear circulation guides movement clearly through the space, while open collaborative zones and defined private areas create a harmonious balance between interaction and focus.
The arrangement of workstations, meeting rooms, and communal areas is carefully considered to maximize comfort, accessibility, and functionality. Subtle material choices and clean lines enhance clarity and cohesion, allowing the floor plan to reflect the project’s refined, welcoming, and thoughtfully organized aesthetic.
LIGTHING PLAN
MAIN FLOOR LIGHTING PLAN
The lighting plan is designed to complement the clean, minimal office aesthetic while enhancing the presentation of the product. A layered approach is used, combining ambient, task, and accent lighting to create a balanced and functional environment.
Soft, even ambient lighting establishes a calm foundation, while focused task lighting ensures comfort and productivity at workstations. Accent lighting is strategically integrated to highlight key product displays, adding depth and visual interest without overwhelming the space.
Overall, the lighting is intentionally subtle and refined -supporting clarity, reducing visual noise, and reinforcing the office as a neutral canvas that elevates the product.
CONCEPTUAL
conceptual sketches
The conceptual sketches of the waiting area are designed as a mock-up of the client’s retail space, translating the store’s aesthetic into a functional and welcoming environment. The layout mirrors the retail store’s open circulation, display strategies, and material palette, creating a cohesive brand experience.
Seating is arranged for comfort and flexibility, while integrated design elements—such as textures, finishes, and subtle branding cues—reflect the client’s retail identity. Overall, the sketches envision a waiting area that feels stylish, engaging, and consistent with the look and feel of the client’s store.

DETAILS & ELEVATIONS
Details and elevations are approached with a focus on precision, restraint, and consistency. Clean lines, flush transitions, and carefully considered junctions reinforce the overall minimal aesthetic, ensuring that each element reads as intentional and cohesive.
Material changes are handled subtly, with an emphasis on alignment and proportion to maintain visual continuity across surfaces.
