FINISH SELECTION

The finish selection for the ENT clinic is carefully designed to balance the functional requirements of a healthcare environment with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that helps patients feel comfortable and at ease. The goal is to move away from the typical sterile clinical aesthetic and instead create a space that feels calming, familiar, and similar to a residential environment, while still meeting healthcare standards for durability and hygiene.

MAIN FLOOR PLAN

The floor plan for the ENT West Vancouver geriatric clinic is thoughtfully organized to support patient-centered care for older adults with vertigo, dementia, and balance-related conditions. Clear circulation paths and intuitive wayfinding guide patients safely through the space, reducing confusion and stress. Treatment rooms and consultation areas are arranged to maximize accessibility and privacy, while calming materials, soft lighting, and comfortable furnishings create a reassuring, therapeutic environment.

Waiting and communal areas are spacious yet intimate, designed to foster comfort and reduce anxiety. Overall, the layout prioritizes safety, ease of navigation, and a supportive atmosphere tailored to the needs of aging patients.
